Sweet, bitter, bland, and spicy produce from our garden. The
egg plant will turn into Bajjis in another couple of hours. Can’t wait! Yummy.

Slice the egg plant and dip them in flour and fry them in
oil…..and you have soft fluffy mouth watering bajjis….
